KIORVATH is operated by Beijing Hanzuo Trading Co., Ltd. We sell furniture and home organization products to customers in the United States.
Choosing a product
Please check the product description, dimensions, materials, color selection, and assembly information before ordering. Measure the space where the item will be used, including doorways and access routes where relevant. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear.
Use furniture only for its intended purpose and follow the supplied assembly, care, load-limit, and anchoring instructions. If instructions or parts are missing, contact us before using the item.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices and the order total are displayed at checkout. Review the complete total and selected products before submitting payment. Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available for that order.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be completed, or an obvious listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available next steps. If we cannot fulfill an order for which payment was taken, we will arrange a refund.
Shipping
Shipping to the United States is free. Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. See the Shipping Policy for help with address changes, delayed deliveries, or damaged packages.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
For a cancellation or change, email us as soon as possible. Changes depend on the order status and may no longer be possible after dispatch.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping for a non-quality reason; KIORVATH pays return shipping for products with quality issues. Contact customer service by email before sending a return. Our team will email the current overseas return address and instructions for your return; please use that address rather than the company registration address. Refund review is completed within 2 days after the returned item is received. Once approved, the refund is processed within 5 days. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. Using the website
Please use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse other customers’ information. Keep your account login private and contact us if you suspect it has been used without permission.
Website content and availability
Product details and availability may change. We work to keep the store accurate, but errors or temporary technical interruptions can occur. Please contact us if you notice information that does not look right. Changes to a listing or policy do not remove rights that apply to an existing purchase.
Your rights and resolving a problem
If there is a problem, email us with the order number and a clear description so we can work through it with you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
