Where we ship
We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States. Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. We do not currently accept delivery orders to other countries.
Processing your order: 1–3 business days
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare it for dispatch. Processing time is separate from the time the package spends in transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
On the way: 3–6 business days
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–6 business days. Allow approximately 4–9 business days in total for processing and transit. These are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, public holidays, and carrier disruptions can sometimes add time.
Delivery details matter
Please check your street address, apartment or unit number, ZIP code, and contact email before you pay. Notice a mistake after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether it can still be changed, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
If a delivery is late or something arrives wrong
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can check its progress. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location and with other members of your household, then email us for help.
For an item that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please keep the packaging and send your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue with you. Return shipping for a product with a quality issue is paid by us; please see our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process.
